Reuben Hayes was commissioned in February to conduct a tree survey on a well developed plot of land in Stafford which was being submitted to the Local Authority for a planning application to erect a single four bedroom house.

After my neighbour damaged my conifer hedge I took the case to small claims court. The small claims court requested a professional survey. After contacting several companies, only to be let down, I contacted Apex.  Reuben came out on time and carried out the survey. Within days he emailed me the completed survey and I forwarded it to the court.

I won the case because of the report completed by Reuben.  As a result, my neighbour was ordered to pay the quotation and all costs incurred to get it to court! I 100% recommend Reuben at Apex and will definitely use the company again if I need to! A big thank you to Reuben for turning up and doing what he said he would!
